lcd hdtv

I got a call from my parents last night to ask if it would be ok if they came and spent a few weeks with us in May. I haven't seen my parents since Christmas, when we went to spend the holidays with them. I was thinking that it would probably be a while before we saw them again, so the phone call couldn't have come at a better time. When I got off the phone with my parents, I told my husband the news and he was as thrilled as I was.

This morning, over breakfast my husband and I discussed whether now should be the time that we invest in an LCD HDTV for our guest room. We've talked about buying an LCD HDTV for the guest room for a while, but because we haven't really expected or anticipated any company coming, we really didn't find it to be an expense that we needed to have at the moment, so we've put off buying the LCD HDTV.

My husband commented that he knows my parents like to watch different television programs than we do, and even though we may not watch much television, he thinks it would be nice for them to have the option to have an LCD HDTV to watch if there is a show they don't want to miss, or even if they want to watch something before going to bed at night. I know my dad and husband both watch the news in the morning, so I'm sure they'll chat over coffee and watch news on the LCD HDTV in the living room, but since I enjoy having the TV on when I'm snuggled in the bed, I am sure it would be nice for them as well.

We ordered the LCD HDTV in our living room from Dayton Discount Electronics, and we've been more than satisfied. Plus we found it for such a great deal that I'm figuring there will be another great deal to be found on an LCD HDTV. I promised my husband that I would have a look this morning before I headed out to do the grocery shopping, plus if I found something, that I'd go ahead and order it so we could have the LCD HDTV in house and set up before my parents arrive. I'm so excited! My parents are coming!
